About Me

I'm from Namibia, I grew up in the Kalahari desert. I'm currently in the final stages of completing my MA in Linguistics (eek, deadline is 27 Nov!) at the University of the Free State, Bloemfontein, South Africa. I'm also working as a research assistant, which involves anything from making sure the dots and commas in bibliographies are in the right places, to running around in the field interviewing people and taking photographs of street signs. I guess it is wise not to say more in the unknown public space.
